Tom has perfected methods for building wetlands of all types, including wet-meadow, shrub-scrub, forested, emergent, vernal pond, bog, and fen wetlands in fields, forests, rangeland, urban areas, and on mined land.
He excels at designing and building wetlands for mitigation and has developed techniques that can transform up to 95-percent of fields into wetlands without using artificial looking dams, diversions, pipes, or water control structures that require frequent and costly maintenance.
